1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bha88 platform and all related services. By accessing the bha88 website, creating an account, or using any service, you automatically agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are effective for all bha88 products, games, bonuses, and financial transactions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

bha88 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication, and continued use of the platform after publication means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To create an account on bha88, you must be 21 years of age or older. All information provided at registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Having multiple accounts is considered a violation of the rules and may result in all accounts and funds being forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

bha88 may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are accountable for all activities carried out through your account.

3.1 Password Protection

Use a strong password combining numbers, uppercase letters, and special characters. Do not share your password with any third party.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. bha88 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to make deposits on bha88: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Deposit amounts are credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed and generally completed within 1 hour. Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be accepted.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳16,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 for a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period — the bonus will be cancelled if it expires.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or false information will result in the bonus and related winnings being forfeited.
• bha88 reserves the right to change promotion terms or cancel promotions at any time.
• Bonus offers apply for personal entertainment purposes only; they are not available for professional betting syndicates.

5.4 VIP Program

The bha88 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Higher tiers can be reached through regular gaming activity.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when it has been successfully registered in the system and a confirmation number has been issued. If a bet fails to process due to a technical error, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Bets at Incorrect Prices

If incorrect odds or betting prices are displayed due to a system error and bets are placed at those prices, bha88 reserves the right to cancel those bets and return the stake amount.

6.3 General Sports Betting Rules

• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.
• For in-play bets, live odds apply.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses by placing bets on opposing outcomes within the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bha88 platform. Violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating an account by providing false or misleading information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Betting using another person's account.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the bonus requirements.
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots or any kind of automation software.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 bha88's Rights

bha88 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.
• Extended period of inactivity.

8.2 User Request for Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Before closure, withdraw any valid balance remaining in the account.

9 Responsible Gaming
